The First United Methodist Church of Gainesville (FUMC) proudly presents:

Harry Potter Wizard Training

This magical two-day event is a fundraiser for scholarships to FUMC’s First Arts Academy, a new ministry of First United Methodist Church of Gainesville. This event will raise funds for scholarship to First Arts for children on the East side of Gainesville who may not possess the financial resources for private lessons. Education in music is proven to increase learning capabilities, essential literacy skills, responsibility, and life skills that last a lifetime.

The event will feature: an interactive performance, Olivander’s “Make a Wand” Craft Booth, Snape’s “Make a Potion” Craft Booth, Prof. Trelawney’s Fortune Telling/Tea Leaf Reading, Lessons from the University of Florida Quidditch team, Hogwart’s Express Train Rides from Milam Funeral Home, Live Harry Potter themed music, Refreshments from the Leaky Cauldron, Photo Ops with the Sorting Hat and Platform 9 ¾, magician, and more.

Because generous donors at FUMC have purchased all remaining tickets for this awesome afternoon of cauldrons and creativity, FREE TICKETS are now available for both days on a first come first serve basis!

To reserve your FREE ticket/s, email your choice of day (Saturday, May 4 at 1 p.m. or Sunday, May 5 at 4 p.m.), the name/s and the Hogwart’s house preference/s rankings in order, 1-4 of each person attending, to mbeaupre712@gmail.com.
